20-Year-Old Dead Following Crash With School Bus In Bel Air

BEL AIR, Md. (WJZ) -- A 20-year-old is dead after his vehicle collided with a school bus on the Route 1 Bypass at the Winters Run Bridge in Bel Air.

Police say a heavy rainstorm was passing through the area at the time of the crash, around 11:19 a.m.

According to investigators, Brandon Tolson was driving an Infinity northbound on the bypass. As he entered a curve, the car spun out of control and into the path of the bus.

Tolson, of Forest Hill, was pronounced dead on the scene.

The driver of the school bus, 58-year-old Carlito Pascual of Joppa, was transported to Bay View for his injuries.
