2-Year-Old Boy Found Safe After Missing, Father Wanted For Violating Custody Agreement

RANDALLSTOWN, Md. (WJZ) -- Baltimore County Police have located a missing 2-year-old boy.
According to police, Joseph Thomas Fields III was last seen in the company of his father Joseph Thomas Fields Jr. in Dorchester County. Police say his father is wanted for violating a custody agreement.
His father is in custody and is being held in Dorchester County.
