1 Killed, 1 Injured In Baltimore Co. Pedestrian Accident

BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WJZ)—One woman was killed, another person injured, when they were stuck by a car Tuesday morning in Baltimore County.

It happened around 6:00 a.m. at the intersection of Security Boulevard at Gwynn Oak Ave.

According to police, 56-year-old Mary Bailey and another man she was with were struck by a Toyota Prius while attempting to cross the street.

Police say both victims were not in a well lit area and not in the cross walk.

Bailey was transported to the hospital where she later died.

The other victim was transported; his current condition is not known.

Authorities say the driver remained at the scene during the investigation.
