2 Md. Men Arrested In 1996 Killing Of 19-Year-Old In D.C.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Washington, D.C. police have arrested two men in the 1996 killing of a 19-year-old in the city's Northwest.

Metropolitan police said Thursday that they arrested 44-year-old Curtis Farmer of Washington and 39-year-old Alexander Passee, of Bowie, Maryland. Both were charged with first-degree murder.

They're charged in the shooting death of 19-year-old Michael Davy on Feb. 19, 1996.

Police found Davy inside a district home suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He died soon after.
