2 Juveniles Arrested In Brutal Attack On Veteran Marine

WASHINGTON (WJZ)—Two juveniles have been arrested in the brutal attack on a veteran Marine sergeant in Washington, D.C., according to WUSA9.

Police say a 17-year-old man and a 17-year-old woman were both arrested in connection to the attack.

The incident happened in the 900 block of E. Street, NW, around 9:40 p.m. on February 12th.

Christopher Marquez, who served in the Marine Corps from 2003-2011, told police at the time he was assaulted while eating at McDonald's.

Marquez believes the attack was racially motivated.
