2 Injured In Baltimore Fire Saturday

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- One person was injured in a rowhome fire Saturday.

Baltimore City firefighters responded to the 1000 block of W. Baltimroe Street for a fire. When they arrived, they found heavy smoke coming from two floors. The fire seems to have originated toward the rear of the first floor.

One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. A firefighter was also taken to the hospital but has since been treated and released.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
