2 Homes, 7 Cars Hit By Gunfire In Annapolis

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- Police in Annapolis are investigating after two homes and seven vehicles were struck by bullets, but police say no one was injured.

Police said in a statement that they were called around 4 a.m. Sunday for reports of gunshots in the area of President Street and Park Avenue. Police say an apartment in the 900 block of President Street was struck as was a home in the 1000 block of Park Avenue. Police say seven unoccupied vehicles parked in the 900 block of President Street were also struck by bullets.

Police say an investigation is ongoing.
