2 Crash In Baltimore Following Traffic Stop Getaway

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—Two people were injured after the car they were driving in crashed in Baltimore during an escape from police.

According to Maryland State Police, the two men were pulled over on I-95 around midnight when they took off as a trooper approached the car.

The driver, 22-year-old Antonio Albright and his passenger, 23-year-old Avery Walton, both of Baltimore, crashed their vehicle into a tree during a getaway at Moravia Road and Walther Ave. in Baltimore.

Both were transported to Johns Hopkins.

Authorities say charges are pending for both suspects.
