2 Acquitted In Fight In Md. House Office Building

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- Two brothers who got into a fight in a Maryland House of Delegates office building in April have been acquitted of all charges in the case.

Luke Horah, 25, and Jacob Horah, 19, had been charged with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and other charges. Online Maryland court records show they were acquitted of all charges in Anne Arundel County District Court.

Luke Horah was a former legislative aide to Harford County Del. Mary-Dulany James. The incident occurred in her office.

The two men got into an altercation on the last night of the state's legislative session on April 7. Both are from Rising Sun.
