18-Year-Old Shot In Severn

SEVERN, Md. (WJZ) -- An eighteen-year-old was shot shortly before 10 p.m. on Saturday.

According to police, the boy was found in the street with a gunshot wound. He was taken to an area hospital and has non-life threatening injuries.

Police say five homes and seven vehicles were struck by stray rounds. No other injuries were reported.

Police say the suspect is a black man, 6' tall and 200 pounds. They say he was wearing dark clothes and may have been driving a dark-colored SUV.
