12-Year-Old Cecil County Girl Found Safe
PORT DEPOSIT, MD. (WJZ) — UPDATE: India Jonel Reynolds has been found and is safe.

Maryland State Police are searching for a 12-year-old girl who was last seen at around 2:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon in Cecil County.
India Jonel Reynolds was last seen walking down Old School House Drive in Port Deposit.
She is deaf and communicates using sign language, police said.
Reynolds is 5'2" and weighs around 140 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair.
