3 Vehicles & School Bus Collide; Dozens Transported, Including Children
BALTIMORE (WJZ)--Dozens of elementary students were injured on Friday in a crash involving a school bus and three vehicles.
It happened around 1:00 p.m. at MLK Blvd. and Lombard Street.
Police say the driver of two of the cars and the school bus driver were transported for non-life threatening injuries.
There were approximately 40 children from North Bend Elementary School on the bus at the time of the accident.
Police say all of the children were transported to the hospital as a precaution.
Update: The remainder of the children who were on the school bus are being transported to the hospital as a precaution only.

The intersection of MLK Blvd and Lombard Street were shutdown briefly while police conducted their investigation.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
