What does Time Warner-Comcast merger mean for consumers?

Time Warner and Comcast, two of America's biggest cable companies, announced a $45 billion merger. If approved, the combined company would reach 66 percent of the country, and consumer groups are concerned it would have unprecedented "gatekeeper" power to control content. Anthony Mason reports.
