VA whisteblower: Disability claim dates were also altered
In testimony before Congress, whistleblower Kristen Ruell will claim that employees at the VA regional office in Philadelphia were instructed to change the dates of when veterans initially applied for disability benefits. The charges of falsifying dates is nothing new for the VA, as health care wait times for veterans have already proven to be doctored. Wyatt Andrews reports.
