U.Va. reinstates frat named in Rolling Stone article
The University of Virginia has reinstated Phi Kappa Psi, just in time for the return of students from winter break. The fraternity has been under scrutiny since a Rolling Stone article claimed that a student had been gang raped by the frat's members. Julianna Goldman reports.
