Trump backs off attacks on Hispanic judge
Donald Trump softened his earlier position about a judge overseeing a fraud case against Trump University. Trump said Tuesday, "I do not feel that one's heritage makes them incapable of being impartial." Earlier this week Trump said the Indiana-born judge wasn't being fair because of his heritage.
