Texas under threat of severe flooding
High winds and heavy rain spawned multiple tornadoes Thursday evening across three counties in northwestern Texas. Flash flooding remains an urgent threat with some areas reaching as much as 4.5 inches of rain over the past two days. Adriana Diaz reports from Valley View, Texas.
