Study: Hands-free devices don't always improve safety

Researchers found that cars with hands-free systems don't necessarily ensure a safer ride. The study found that asking drivers to perform a voice request can also be very distracting, often due to poor technology that has difficulty deciphering commands. Wyatt Andrews reports.
