Should 3D mammograms become the new norm?

A new study finds adding the 3D imaging technique - called tomosynthesis - to routine digital mammography increases cancer detection and reduces the number of false alarms. Researchers found 41 percent more invasive cancers when women were screened with both 3D and digital mammography. CBS News' Alexis Chirstoforous reports.
