Rice: U.S.-Russia relationship "really terrible"
In the wake of President Obama canceling a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice commented on the situation between the two countries to "CBS This Morning" co-host Charlie Rose. Rice has studied the U.S.-Russia relationship since the 1970s.
