Republicans pull Obamacare replacement as bill fractures party

The GOP replacement for Obamacare, due for a House vote Friday, came apart because the Republican conference failed to unite around the bill. Conservatives believed the measure didn't go far enough, while moderates said it went too far in cutting benefits. Chip Reid reports from the Capitol.
