Police wrongfully arrest, jail 12-year-old
A 12-year-old in Clovis, N.M., was wrongfully arrested and booked into juvenile jail for a crime he never committed. His family believes race may have been a factor. However, the police are blaming a clerical error for the mistake. KFDA's Leslie Aguilar reports.
