Paul Ryan: "Presidents don't write laws"
Rep. Paul Ryan tells Scott Pelley that President Barack Obama is trying to go around the Constitution by threatening to invoke his executive powers. Ryan also says there's hope for immigration reform and that the U.S. will not default on its debt.
