Officials call for crackdown on drunken drivers
Federal officials are calling for stricter guidelines to prevent intoxicated drivers from getting behind the wheel. More than 10,000 people were killed in drunken driving accidents last year, nearly a 5 percent increase from the previous year. Alexis Christoforous reports
