NSA data collection: House intelligence leaders announce major reforms
Reps. Mike Rogers, R-Mich., and Dutch Ruppersberger. D-Md. – respectively the chairman and ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee – announced their End Bulk Collection Act, which offers reforms to National Security Agency programs they say will satisfy advocates against personal privacy infringement while also meeting requirements to thwart terrorist activity.
