Northeast boils over: Relief in sight?
The eastern United States is waking up to the fourth day of a punishing heat wave. Tens of millions of people face the hottest weather of the summer. The dome of high pressure causing the heat stretches from the east coast to the Ohio Valley to the Great Lakes. Meteorologist Kate Bilo reports.
