Mideast peace talks appear near collapse
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas threw the Mideast peace talks into question by signing nearly a dozen treaties. Abbas said he had no choice after the Israelis broke their promise to release a fourth batch of Palestinian prisoners. CBS News State Department correspondent Margaret Brennan reports.
