Ice storm causes havoc in central U.S.
One of the worst ice storms in several years has disrupted travel, downed power lines and made roads impassible. The icy mix that caused so much trouble in Texas and Arkansas has moved into Tennessee and is expected to bring snow and freezing rain from the Ohio River Valley to New England.
