Ferguson officer expected to avoid civil rights charges
No charges are expected to be filed against former Ferguson, Mo., police officer Darren Wilson. The FBI has been investigating Wilson to determine if he intentionally violated Civil Rights laws when he shot and killed 18-year-old Michael Brown. Bob Orr reports.
