Extreme cold causing water line problems in Minn.
Parts of Minnesota looked and felt like the Arctic Thursday, as temperatures across the Midwest fell to 20 to 30 degrees below normal. The frost line has extended so deep underground that dozens of water lines have frozen. Jamie Yuccas of Minneapolis station WCCO-TV reports.
