Dangerous cold grips the Midwest
It's colder in Chicago than it's been in two decades, with frigid temperatures forcing schools to close and freezing up critical parts of public transport. Dangerous wind chills of 50 below zero were widespread, many businesses advised workers to stay home and doctors were treating increasing cases of frostbite. Dean Reynolds reports.
