California wildfire: Homes burned, thousands evacuated, three arrested
Fire crews have been battling flames that have already burned ten square miles. Three men accused of starting the fire in the mountains near Glendora, Calif., could be charged with federal crimes. CBS News correspondent Carter Evans reports.
