Are emergency call centers ready for 911 texts?
If you have an emergency and own a cell phone, you may have a new way of getting help in a hurry. Major mobile carriers now offer a text-to-911 feature, but many emergency call centers aren't ready to incorporate the technology. CNET.com's Sumi Das reports.
