Relentless rain from Hurricane Florence causes flooding
Severe flooding is reported all over the Carolinas, and rain is still falling in some places. Hurricane Florence has killed at least 18 people. North Carolina officials report more than 900 water rescues across the state. DeMarco Morgan reports.
