Make Outlook E-mail Organization Easier with SpeedFiler 2.0

Goal-management blog Achieve-IT! just posted a review of SpeedFiler 2.0, which the author calls an "e-mail filer on steroids." This Outlook add-on promises to speed up and simplify the filing of e-mail into folders -- inbound and outbound messages alike. All you do is press Ctrl-Shift-V, then choose the desired folder from the list that appears. If you have lots of folders, you can type the first few letters of the folder name to quickly narrow down your choices. Better still, the program no longer spends upwards of 30 seconds scanning your folders when you start Outlook; now all scanning happens in the background. Suffice it to say, the author is very enthusiastic about the program, and even has a $5 discount code at the bottom of the review.
