Kate Winslet pregnant with third child

Baby No. 3 is on the way for Kate Winslet.

A rep for the Oscar winner confirmed to People that she is expecting her first child with husband Ned Rocknroll.

"Kate and Ned are delighted," the rep added.

Winslet, 37, is already mother to daughter Mia, 12 (from her marriage to director Jim Threapleton), and son Joe, 9 (from her marriage to director Sam Mendes).

She and Rocknroll -- the nephew of business mogul Richard Branson -- began dating in the fall 2011 and tied the knot this past December.
