Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, was sued Wednesday in a $10 million civil lawsuit for allegedly causing life-threatening injuries and stealing money from her bank accounts while she was in a coma, Reuters reported.

Gordon was hit with the lawsuit the same day as Brown was moved to a hospice care facility after nearly five months in a coma. The daughter of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston had been found face-down in a bathtub in her Atlanta home on Jan. 31.

The court-appointed conservator for Brown filed the suit in Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta, claiming among other things that Gordon manipulated and isolated Brown, and alleged specific acts of domestic violence.

"The misrepresentation that Defendant was Brown's 'husband' was used to control Brown and limit with whom she could interact. [Gordon] often answered Brown's personal cell phone, would not allow her to make appointments without his approval, and manipulated her bank relationship so that he could access her money" the lawsuit alleges.

"[Gordon] also began to commit domestic violence on Brown, including punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth and dragging her upstairs by her hair," it said in the court documents, according to AJC.com.
