LOS ANGELES (CBS/AP) Former ultimate fighting champion Tito Ortiz claimed his ex-porn star girlfriend, Jenna Jameson, is addicted to Oxycontin, and that's what led to his wrongful arrest on domestic violence charges. But Jameson wants everyone to know that she's clean, and passed a drug test reportedly administered one day after the arrest.

According to Jameson's attorney, Jameson took a urine test Tuesday administered by American Toxicology Inc. in Las Vegas, reports TMZ, and tested "negative" for the ten drugs they were screening for, including Oxycontin. American Toxicology Inc. told CRIMESIDER that they do not release test results and would neither confirm nor deny that she took a test.

Ortiz was arrested Monday for felony domestic violence in the Huntington Beach, Calif. home he shares with Jameson and their twin sons.

Chip Matthews, Ortiz's lawyer, said his 35-year-old client found drugs in their home Monday morning, causing a confrontation that ended with Ortiz's arrest.

Matthews stated, "Jameson has been fighting an ugly battle with an addiction to Oxycontin for well over a year, and this morning, she had a relapse." He also said, "Tito was trying to help her. Tito Ortiz never laid a hand on Jenna."

Matthews also alleged that Jameson has made emergency calls threatening suicide over the past year, but Ortiz stuck with his partner of four years in hopes of salvaging their relationship.

The ex-porn star said she is, "completely shocked" by the incident, saying Ortiz had "lashed out" at her, leaving her feeling "betrayed."
