Hurricane Sandy through the lens of humor and art

(CBS News) While I've mentioned that The Feed is going to focus on levity alternatives in the aftermath and heavy reporting of Hurricane Sandy (which you should all make sure to keep up with by clicking here), that doesn't mean we can't find include some items related to the event. This post will focus on the storm through the lens of humor and art, starting with some humor above.

The amusing spoof took place on late-night show "Conan" with show host Conan O'Brien pointing out a rather surreal and bizarre moment that occurred in the middle of live news reporting.

And in the realm of the artistic, we have a time-lapse video below from YouTube user SMvideoChan showing Hurricane Sandy as it approaches, and ultimately strikes, New York City. While it's a bit long, it's a really fascinating one to watch unfold over time.
