Ukrainian president makes concessions in wake of deadly violence

After several days of deadly violence, Ukraine President Viktor Yanukovych made several concessions to the opposition, which include agreeing to early elections by the end of the year. Police officers from western Ukraine joined protesters, more determined than ever to help in the struggle against the government. Holly Williams reports.
