Airport restrictions to be lifted for some

What people are allowed to bring on an airplane is one of the many things that have changed since the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks. But TSA has now unveiled a new program allowing some non-flyers to get through security without a ticket. Jonathan Vigliotti has more details.
