Pineapple Express soaks parts of drought-stricken West
A weather phenomenon known as the Pineapple Express roared through parts of the West, bringing desperately needed rainfall to the region. But while some areas saw as many as 20 inches of rain, San Francisco got just three inches, and there was no meaningful rainfall further south. John Blackstone reports.
