Obama emptying Guantanamo as Trump calls for more lockups

In his 2008 campaign for office, President Obama promised to shut down the controversial U.S. military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Most of the prison is empty. But with just 50 days left in office -- and congressional Republicans fighting it -- Obama is unlikely close it completely, reports Margaret Brennan.
