New signs in Crimea that Russia is in control
Although the referendum is more than a week away, Crimea is already being run as if it has joined Russia. Russian flags fly atop public buildings, local Crimean TV has been replaced with Russian programming, and Ukrainian journalists are being escorted out of the country.
