Government seeks death penalty for Boston Marathon bombing suspect

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder announced he's authorizing prosecutors to seek the death penalty for surviving Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. In court papers, prosecutors say Tsarnaev "knowingly created a grave risk of death" and acted "in an especially heinous, cruel and depraved manner." Bob Orr reports.
