Derailed train engineer says brakes didn't work

Federal investigators say the Metro-North train that derailed on a sharp curve in the Bronx, N.Y., was going 82 miles per hour. Engineer William Rockefeller, Jr. was at the controls of the train and says the brakes didn't work as he was approaching the curve. Jeff Pegues reports.
