California lawmakers consider gun safety bill
In response to May's shootings in Santa Barbara, Calif., the state's legislature is considering a bill that would give family members, police or doctors the ability to request that a judge take away a person's gun if they are deemed to be a danger. CBS station KVOR reports from Sacramento.
