11/21: Dow hits third thousand-point milestone of the year; Could Senate "nuclear option" backfire on Democrats?

For the first time ever, the Dow Jones broke through three thousand-point milestones in the same year. Analysts say this is a signal that the economy is getting better, but some warn of another tech bubble; and, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid called all 100 senators to the floor Thursday and announced he was changing a 96-year-old rule, lowering the hurdle for confirming appointees from 60 votes to a simple majority of 51. Republicans say it's a slippery slope.
