To right a historical injustice, Los Angeles County may return beachfront property, seized from a Black family nearly a century ago to descendants. In 1924, Manhattan Beach used eminent domain to remove Black landowners and shut down their resort that was attracting Black families to the area. Carter Evans has the details.
