Indonesian Navy declares missing vessel "sunk" and crew members "dead"
The Indonesian Navy's search for a missing submarine and its 53 member crew has become a recovery mission after they declared the ship had sunk. The submarine went missing Wednesday off the coast of Bali during a torpedo drill.
